A lot of these sound like a pretty interesting read. I'm down with all the Animorphs related ones, but I'd also be interested in hearing the "Baked Baking" one (lol), the one where you read comic books (the Sandman one sounds good! I've never actually read those, but I've been meaning to for a long time now), "Boring People" one, the one about apples (I'm actually allergic to apples wah :( ), the one of your favorite Disney movies, the one about a POC, and the last two :D

Hey, thanks! All I can say is, if you know someone who knows someone at BuzzFeed (or some other site with more of an obvious "nerds are awesome" bent), feel free to have them send me an email or something. Heh-heh.

P.S. True story: Before I started actually making Sit-Down Comedy videos, I filmed one segment of Baked Baking. It's super funny, but no one is allowed to ever see it because the shirt I wore made me look totally fat. Sad face.

I absolutely love your reasoning behind why that video can't be seen. lmao.

I'm down for ALL of the above things... even though I'm not sure *WHY* you're wanting to destroy said smartphone. I'm not sure why tweeting about Buffy whilst high would result in much difference from tweeting Buffy sober. Every time I reread the part about tips to save your life for baked baking, immediately what comes to mind is, "Don't set yourself on fire!" That's probably funnier in my head.

No, um, here's the thing about baked baking: It isn't actually necessarily dangerous, but it FEELS pretty dangerous at the time. (Which is funny, because I've burned my arms while putting things into or taking them out of the oven at least seven times while sober . . . as opposed to zero times while high.)

For one thing, when I'm sober I don't notice the little things as often. For example, every girl on The Greatest TV Show of All Time wore a lot of chokers. For another example, in the episode where Willow finds out that she's been accepted to Wesleyan (which Joss attended in real life), Wesley (who married her in real life) is introduced. And so forth.

I want to destroy smartphones because I am CLEARLY A LUDDITTE.

EVERYTHING seems more dangerous to me when I'm not sober... walking, trying to have an adult conversation, ...walking... so I get your point. Apparently I'm rather good at appearing sober when I'm not, but I'm almost always paranoid that I'm anything but.

I'm wracking my brain of Buffy-knowledge and not that I *need* an excuse to rewatch it, now I totally want to rewatch the episodes you're referring to so I can catch what your referencing. Also, because it's currently available on hulu (and I'm currently too broke to have netflix), I've been rewatching Roswell, and although I can't remember what I thought of Darla being a school counselor/undercover fbi agent when I originally watched it, but now my brain just doesn't want to accept it.

If you can get your hands on season three (from the library, perhaps?), you must watch episode fourteen, "Bad Girls." Also, the high-tweet can be read right here: http://wickedbish.livejournal.com/31935.html

That made me laugh so hard I have tears coming out of my eyes and I had to stop reading a couple times because I couldn't laugh that hard and read at the same time.
The sad part is, it sounds like my internal head dialogue even sober.
This is probably why I've not signed myself up for Twitter. I'm dangerous enough on facebook, lj, and tumblr.

Oh, that's great! I honestly can't tell you how happy it makes me to hear that I'm making other people laugh. You might also want to check out:
